Welcome to Ready Set Launch! My name is Deborah Robertson, and I’m here to help make launching your business as smooth and stress-free as possible. These Terms and Conditions outline our working relationship, so please read them carefully before proceeding.

Ready Set Launch offers a range of business setup services, including but not limited to:

✅ Business Registration – ABN setup, business name registration, and basic structuring guidance.
✅ Website Building – Domain registration, website setup using web builder platforms, and basic website design.
✅ Logo & Branding Support – Assistance with choosing a business name, designing a logo, and branding recommendations.
✅ Administrative Setup – Email setup, social media recommendations, and essential business tools.
✅ Business Coaching & Support – Guidance, clarity, and strategic planning to help your business succeed.

Domain name prices fluctuate depending on availability and demand. If your preferred domain name is more expensive than originally quoted, you will be:

• Notified immediately, and
• Given the choice to either: 
  • Pay the additional cost for your desired domain, or
  • Choose an alternative business name that allows for a more affordable domain option.

I promise to keep you informed at every step and make recommendations that I genuinely believe will work best for you and your business. Your success is my priority.

• Full payment is required before work begins.
• Payments cover both my services and any third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, website hosting, business registration).
• Prices may be subject to change, but you will always be notified in advance.
• Payments are non-refundable (see refund policy below).
• Price match Guarantee: If you find the same website service for a lower price elsewhere, I’ll happily match it—guaranteed: To qualify for a price match, simply provide a written quote and the ABN of the other registered business offering the same website service at a lower price

Due to the nature of my services, I do not offer refunds. Once payment is made, I immediately start work, and funds are committed to external providers (e.g., government business registration, domain providers, website platforms).

I genuinely care about ensuring you feel supported and happy with your business setup. If you have any concerns, I encourage you to:

• Contact me at deb@readysetlaunch.com.au within 7 days of service completion.
• Let’s work together – I’ll do my best to resolve any issues, including making reasonable revisions.
• Alternative Solutions – While refunds are not available, I may offer additional support or adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

By working with Ready Set Launch, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed for business setup.
• Respond promptly to requests for details to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Understand that business name availability, domain registration, and approval processes are subject to third-party policies.

Some of the services I provide involve external providers (e.g., domain registrars, website hosting platforms, business registration bodies). While I manage the process, I am not responsible for delays or failures caused by these third parties.

If an issue arises, I will assist in resolving it, but certain factors may be beyond my control.

• Any branding, logos, or website content created for you belong to you once the service is completed.
• I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ready Set Launch is not responsible for business performance, financial losses, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of my services.

My role is to facilitate your business setup, but ultimate success depends on your own efforts.

I reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
